Payment Due Date and Disconnection: Users are required to settle the water bill payment **at least 15 days prior to the specified due date** mentioned on the bill. Failure to pay the outstanding bill amount by the specified due date may result in the relevant authority initiating action to **permanently close or temporarily disconnect the water meter connection** without further notice. Reconnection of the water supply will be subject to the clearance of all outstanding dues, along with any applicable penalties and reconnection charges as determined by the respective authority.
Dispute Resolution: Any discrepancy in the bill amount must be brought to the notice of the DMC's billing department immediately for necessary action.
